Dear fellow citizens!
I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the Youth Day. Holiday that leaves no one indifferent, that is exciting not only for youth, that entered the spring of their life, but also those for whom this gracious, unforgettable time responds only as warm memories.
Our view into the country's future and our concern about it lies in the constant, unrelenting attention to youth, the full range of their problems and needs, interests and hobbies. Today?s young generation is to keep our state on to new unexplored frontiers, make it prosperous, better and more beautiful, increase accomplished by the predecessors and eliminate their mistakes and shortcomings.
The historical responsibility of society, state and authorities, everyone responsible for the progress and formation of the growing change is to ensure their safety life, professional, and moral guidelines and objectives, provide them with such companions and mentors who are worthy to be a model everywhere, always and in everything. And above all, a model in filial love for the Motherland, responsibility for its fate and prospectives embodied in the conscious and active patriotism. The past never stops reminding and the present confirms it with new strength that in such unity of generations, solidarity, continuity and succession of their cause is a powerful and irreplaceable engine for progress in all spheres of our life. It is the guarantee for speeding the progress of civilization.
